Discover the new HEVFe series of filling and capping monoblocs

The market of packaging consumer goods is moving fast! Manufacturers of beverages and liquid foods require filling and capping systems ensuring high production volumes, meeting the hygiene protocols and optimizing maintenance operations and operating costs.

ENOBERG has listened to these needs and is responding by launching the new HEVFe series, available in STAND ALONE version or combined in ECOBLOC® with SMI’s EBS ERGON stretch-blow moulders.

Why choose the HEVFe series?

Designed to comply with the customer's strictest hygiene standards, the HEVFe series was developed by updating specific details of the existing HEVF series. The goal is to ensure higher sanitizability and improved accessibility for maintenance, as well as to reduce the risk of microbiological contamination.

In particular, the key improvements include:

  • Reduction of gaskets within the filling station: ensures a higher level of hygiene and simplified maintenance.
  • Vertical redesign of the filling valve to achieve:
    - improved product flow within the valve;
    - optimal access to components requiring maintenance
    - a further reduction in internal stagnation points.
  • Frame redesign developed to ensure:
    - better accessibility to the lower part of the machine (product manifold/CIP and transmissions);
    - enlarged frame doors, designed to facilitate access to the filling area for maintenance and format changeover operations.
  • New material for dynamic valve gaskets: introduced to ensure greater durability.

How was the new HEVFe developed?

HEVFe results from the countless strengths that have driven the success of the previous HEVF series for years. In particular, the evolution of the new series has preserved the following benefits:

  • Ultra-compact layout: the frame is designed to maximize industrial output while minimizing the footprint, thereby making transport and installation faster and more cost-effective.
  • No contact between valve and bottle: this design ensures superior hygiene by preventing the transfer of potential contaminants between the valve body and the container.
  • Sloped surfaces and hygienic structure: a design free of crevices or sharp angles, intended to prevent liquid stagnation and bacterial buildup.
  • MOCA certification for materials in contact with food: applies to rubber and plastic components in contact with the liquid to be bottled.
  • Perfect dosing and zero waste: the dual-speed valve ensures uniform, smooth filling with no product loss.
  • AISI 304 stainless steel welded frame: the absence of iron parts eliminates the risk of premature wear and corrosion. Furthermore, the continuous welding in the filling chamber ensures hygiene and prevents product leakage into the drive transmission area.
  • Metal components in contact with the product are made of AISI 316L stainless steel: a solution that guarantees hygiene and durability.
