		HEMF: Hyperclean Electronic Mass-meter filling systems for Flat products The HEMF series machines are designed to fill non-electrically conductive products, especially oil, in PET bottles. The filling valve design prevents the loss of product drops when the valve is closed. The electronic filling system is based on the use of a mass flow meter for each filling valve. There are numerous advantages of the mass flow meter: • Fast and highly repeatable measurement • No moving parts, therefore no maintenance costs • Monitoring of the filling valve and automatic compensation via PLC • Ability to convert mass measurement into volume measurement • High stability and easy calibration of the flow meter • Less impact of environmental conditions on the functioning of the flow meter (mechanical vibrations, agitation, splashes, etc)
HRLF HRLF: Hyperclean filling system with product Recirculation by Level for Flat products The machines of the HRLF series are designed to fill flat products mainly in GLASS bottles. The filling valve is designed to allow high precision on the filling level. The channel dedicated to the passage of air coming out of the bottle allows faster filling than normal gravity filling machines.
